The main floor features an open concept with a half bath. The second floor has two bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry. There is a patio for outdoor living and entertaining. In addition, one off-street parking space is included.

 

Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent.

Electric, internet, and television services are the tenant's responsibility.

We perform credit and background checks and verify employment and income. We accept one approved pet covered by the deposit, with no additional rental fee. An additional approved pet may be considered, subject to an additional deposit and/or monthly fee.
