We strive to provide our tenants with clean, well-maintained units at affordable prices. All our properties allow pets and are smoke-free. We offer one-year leases with the opportunity to switch to month-to-month at the end of the first lease.
There are no application fees. Our basic applicant qualifications are: a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent, steady employment, and an adequate credit score. The ability to pay rent via Zelle, check, or money order is required.
